I reached the hotel pretty late at night but they didn't have any problem checking me in. Overall I had a nice experience with the hotel staff and their services.
Some guests dropped by in the morning to meet me while I was having breakfast. I asked the hotel staff to arrange a couple of plates more but there was no such provision, and I feel this thing worked against the hotel.

It was clean
Staff and service are very bad. Room service is bad for food. They charge almost double of the menu card price. They will give you old menu card and wont tell you current price. When they bill it they will take double price. Every room delivery you ask for they will ask money every time. They can put it together and charge you in last during check out.

Poor breakfast staff wake you up by ringing a horrible bell for breakfest (~8:30)
